CLUB NIGHTS Thursday 19th March & Every Thursday at 7.30 pm . Just arrive and play. There's no need to bring a partner we'll supply that. All are welcome. All level of ability and fitness catered for. There is no charge. We promise a socialble game of tennis in a relaxed non competitive athmosphere. Whether you're just decided you like to try tennis or are returning to the game after a long spell come along we'll have you playing within minutes. Don't think you won't be good enough. Our main priority is to have fun. All standard of players are catered. You'll meet people, get fit and have fun. We'll arrange the games just arrive. If you want to play in a few competitions later, then it'll help bring on your game. The emphasis will definitely be more on the social fun side rather than competitive and members are expected to facilitate beginners and weaker players and ensure everyone participates and enjoys themselves. Each year we Run
The Club night for beginners or people returning to the game are popular social night as some people must sit out for a bit while they wait for their next game. There is also the Family fun weekend in the autumn where all the children get to play in partnership with their parents / guardians and the competitions for the very young beginners throughout the summers where all parents meet socially. In addition the club enjoys social interaction with other clubs. |
